Before the reaction, 48 was evaporated in Vacuo, neutralized with 4-methylmorpholine, and stirred for 1 h at room temperature.
The reactants were mixed at -20 degree in Celsius, and gradually raised to room temperature within the reaction time.
4-methylmorpholine was added twice.
